Nantucket as a National Historic Landmark

It is clear that Nantucket's Historic Landmark status is at risk.
As stated in the Nantucket Historic Landmark Nomination document "the unencumbered views of the ocean offer a balm to the soul". The impacts to Nantucket are major and BOEM needs to be held accountable to that.
Nantucket is the largest and one of the oldest US National Historic Landmarks. This affords the strongest protections under the law.
